  1. airways
  2. breathing - 100% oxygen
  3. adrenaline - 0.5mg (0.5ml of 1/1000 adrenaline solution)
  4. chlorphenamine (anti-histamine) 10mg IV and hydrocortisone 200mg IV
  5. fluids 500mL of 0.9 saline, over 15 minutes, up to 2L.
  6. if wheeze treat for asthma
