General

Say: "patient looks generally well, pink on air, no obvious jaundice and no obvious scars, deformity, swelling or other abnormality."

You need to look for jaundice, swellings (both of abdomen and feet), scars and any other aids around the bed (like a catheter).

Look for clubbing and Dupuytren's contracture
