Hirsutism

Means hairiness. It's either constitutional or polycystic ovary syndrome.

• Constitutional - you are hairy; get over it!
• PCOS - male-pattern hairiness, oligo/amenorrhoea, infertility, acne, obesity, depresion.
• Cushing's - RARE but can give you hirsuitism.
• Hyperprolactinaemia

It can be some rare-ass endocrine tumour but that's abou the only other differential.
