Chris has since lost a lot of weight but now has less problems with his weight and man-breasts (or moobs). He's also now uglier.

Epidemiology

Very common. Approximately 85% of them are benign breast disease.

Advice

1. Know what is normal for you.
2. Look and feel.
3. Know what changes to look for.
4. Report any changes without delay!
5. Attend for breast screening if you are aged 50 or over
