General Examination

"Patient looks generally well, pink on air, no evidence of dyspnoea or tachypnoea and no obvious scars, deformity or other abnormality."

With cardiovascular, look if the patient is short of breath, oxygen, sitting up with like twenty pillows (possibly heart failure).
