Clinical Features

Pain at the right hypochondrium (with right shoulder tip pain) worse with fatty foods, jaundice, nausea, vomiting, Murphy's sign (place fingers on costal margin, mid-clavicular line; patient inspires and 'catches' on your fingers).

Investigations

Management

Surgery (cholecystectomy - removal of the gall bladder) with fluids and antibiotics in the mean time.
